Lake crossing concept


As the game idea has mostly been set in the woods so far as it ties in with the loose narrative I have imagined for it I wanted to come up with a key point of interest that the player could discover in this location as I could imagine being in a playable area with nothing but treas could get a bit repetitive after a while.
I had this idea to add an abandoned building that hunters could discover and use as a 'hunter shack' type thing. This would mean the player wouldn't have to travel all the way back to the main town to switch out weapons or to get new hunts. However Players would still need to travel to the main areas for tasks such as buying new items and discovering new story line elements that add to the list of creatures and areas to explore.
